Notwithstanding the above, any request for cancellation or refund shall be governed strictly by the terms set out below.

Cancellation Policy

1. A subscriber may submit a request for cancellation of a specific service within 36 (thirty-six) hours of entering into the service agreement, using the prescribed cancellation form available on the Website.
2. Cancellation requests shall not be accepted for services purchased under promotional or discounted offers made available during special occasions, including but not limited to Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year. Such offers are limited-period promotions and are non-refundable.
3. Under no circumstances shall Appex Tax Filing entertain cancellation requests for services such as domain name registration or domain name transfer.
4. Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances, even if a cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of payment.
5. A service shall be deemed automatically cancelled if the subsequent payment or installment is not received within 7 (seven) working days from the due date.

Refund Policy

1. Each service offered by Appex Tax Filing follows a distinct execution process; therefore, refund eligibility, if any, varies depending on the nature of the service.
2. No refund shall be granted for any portion of the service already completed, as resources are allocated and utilized for achieving defined milestones.
3. Fees paid towards administrative charges, setup costs, or installation charges are strictly non-refundable.
4. Any taxes, duties, or levies paid to regulatory or statutory authorities shall not be refunded, even in the event of a fee refund.
5. No refund shall be entertained if a service is cancelled due to the user’s violation of the Terms and Conditions or any applicable policies.
6. Services classified under same-day delivery are strictly non-refundable.
7. Appex Tax Filing shall not be liable to issue any refund in cases where service delays, interruptions, or failures occur due to third-party involvement or factors beyond its control.
